Storage Space

Storage space is available on the fairgrounds for farm machinery, motor homes, campers, boats, jet skis, etc.

An entire Livestock Barn may be rented outside of the month of July.

Otherwise, individual spaces may be rented in the Commercial Buildings, Exhibit Hall, 4-H Center or Livestock Barns for motor homes, campers, boats, etc.

The Iroquois County Agricultural and 4-H Club Fair Association, as incorporated not-for-profit agricultural society, offers the following donation schedule:

Individual Space in Enclosed Buildings:

BOATS, CAMPERS, CARS and MOTOR HOMES under 25 ft = $200.00

Over 25 ft = $200.00 + $10.00 per additional foot. (Measurements: hitch to furthest rear point)

Individual Space in Livestock Barns:

BOATS, CAMPERS, CARS and MOTOR HOMES under 25 ft = $150.00

Over 25 ft = $150.00 + $10.00 per additional foot. (Measurements: hitch to furthest rear point)

COMBINES = $150.00 w/o header

HEADER under 25 ft = $150.00 (over 25 ft, add $10 per additional foot)

RULES

All space will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
A Written agreement shall be signed between the fair board and the individual requesting space.
All donations shall be received and receipted before moving any equipment (or items) onto the fairgrounds.
All items in storage are to be removed no later than May 15th.
Individuals storing objects on the fairgrounds shall not paint, do maintenance work, or in any way alter the physical appearance of the property. Cardboard or like protection shall be placed under vehicles or equipment to alleviate the possibility of oil leakage. A clean up fee will be assessed on any spills. Cardboard protection is particularly needed for ALL BOAT MOTORS.
Vehicles shall not use the fairground roads when the surfaces are soft.
Assignments for space will not be made until mid-September of each year.
Before any stored items are removed from the grounds, contact must be made with the groundskeeper.
All renters are responsible for insurance on stored items & contents.

All individuals requesting space shall agree to the following terms and conditions: The Iroquois County Agricultural and 4-H Club Fair Association, its Board of Directors, or representatives acting on their behalf shall be held harmless against any suit, action, claim, demand, lien, damage, fine, judgment, tort action, or decree; also, any expenses connected with the services or injuries pertinent to the usage of any fairgrounds building or services provided.

Any and all rules and regulations of the Association shall be observed by the individual(s) requesting space. Failure to abide by the Fair Board policies and procedures will constitute disillusionment of this agreement.

Horse Barn - $475

Beef Barn (center) - $375
